I was honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony, where a dream became a reality on Friday, August 23rd, at the Cheyenne Classical Academy. Board Chair Nathan Winters praised fellow board members, local teachers, state legislators, and community members who worked hard to make this day possible.
