Over the years, I was honored to represent the Laramie County Sheriff's Office in laying a wreath at the local Memorial Day ceremony. When I think of the sacrifices made by those willing to wear the uniform to protect each of us in this great country we call home and reflect on the members of my own family who have stepped up to the challenge over the years, I find myself deeply humbled. As Americans, we owe each of them a debt of gratitude for their service and dedication. Join me today in thanking the members of our armed forces, both current and former.
