I want to express my gratitude to Mayor Nicholson and the Burns Town Council for granting me the opportunity to present my campaign at their bi-monthly council meeting on May 28th. I had the privilege to share my unique qualifications for the elected position, which include a 27-year career with the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. During this time, I not only oversaw all law enforcement efforts for rural Laramie County but also served in executive leadership roles for 15 years. This includes a significant 5-year tenure as the detention captain, managing a 14-million-dollar detention budget. My extensive knowledge of county functions and the relationships I've built with County and City elected officials and department heads over the years, uniquely position me to hit the ground running on day one, representing all the citizens of Laramie County.
