From the sounds of the hottest band playing in the stadium to the high-speed action of the rodeo, Cheyenne is known worldwide for this 10-day event. We can all be proud of the Western heritage at the heart of CFD. People from all over the world travel here with their families to get a taste of what life was like back on the western frontier. Over the years, I have attended rodeos, parades, and concerts and walked the midway countless times as a kid and an adult with my family. The memories of these experiences, the laughter, the excitement, and the sense of community, have left an indelible mark on my heart. CFD will always hold a special place in my heart.
