Laramie County Employees Inservice

On Monday, October 12, Laramie County employees gathered at the Archer Event Center to learn, celebrate their coworkers, and spend time together.

Staff from Laramie County Community College taught a class on turning workplace frustrations into practical solutions, focusing on what employees can influence to improve their workplace.

We also recognized employees in six categories: Community Hero, Customer Service Champion, Innovation Award, Rookie of the Year, Team Spirit, and Wellness Champion. We also entered all nominees into a gift card drawing as an extra thank you.

It was a good opportunity to connect with coworkers from other departments and recognize their contributions. Our employees do so much for this community, often behind the scenes. I’m grateful for their work and glad we could take time to celebrate them.
